Update from April 6th monthly HOA meeting
We were addressed by a representative from the fire department who updated us with information that could be made public. Here are the three basic items highlighted by the recent tragedy.
1. Keep doorways clear of obstacles and debris. Always have an exit plan.
2. Don’t store old flammable aerosol cans like half empty spray paint cylinders. Half used or empty propane tanks such as those used for camping are extremely dangerous
3. Make sure the HOA has “next of kin” information. We will all be needing to fill out the biannual HOPA forms (Housing for Older Person Act) within the next month and at the same time you will be asked for “next of kin” information.
Memorial Day BBQ
May 29, 2023 at 4pm at the clubhouse. The Board will provide hamburgers, hotdogs and condiments. Bring your favorite dishes to share and your choice of drinks.
