Elections & Annual Meeting

There will be an annual meeting of HOA members April 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the clubhouse. The meeting will include a potluck. Please bring your favorite dishes to share.

There are three positions on the Board coming up for election this year. Lynne Pillus, Susan Kennedy and Joe Brazil have indicated their willingness to remain on the Board.

Nomination forms will be available at the clubhouse starting at the March HOA meeting on March 2, 2026 and must be returned by March 20, 2026. Please consider running for a position on the Board. Board members are now exempt from HOA dues.

Ballots will be mailed out March 25, 2026 and can be returned by mail, delivered to the drop box at the clubhouse by April 6, 2026 or hand delivered at the annual meeting April 6, 2026.

Line Dancing Event March 22nd 2 pm till 4 pm
We have another opportunity to enjoy ourselves line dancing at our Clubhouse. Everyone is invited even if you have no experience. Come out and enjoy yourselves. Since this is an event hosted by Line Dancing with Darlean there will be a $5 charge with proceeds going to our HOA.
